I want to sincerely thank Manuel for coming out today on short notice to assist with the repair of a leak caused by Lifescaping Fence Company following their refusal to repair a pipe they broke. Manuel was professional, efficient, and polite. He resolved the issue expeditiously, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
Michael and his assistant arrived on-time and discovered that my home builder didn't install my toilet properly.
He explained the issue and gave me three quotes (low, medium, and high). The price hinged on the complexity of the repair. He also explained that he would do everything to avoid the high, more complex route. Not only did he keep his promise, he and his assistant also traveled to several different suppliers to make sure that the highest cost was avoided! So not only did they complete the job and keep their promises, they also educated me about my plumbing issues!
